Nothing new can be bought, tipped or subscribed to while payments are paused. You can still ask for a refund of a past purchase as described below.

OnlyWorkLife is a marketplace operated by Ascend Leads, LLC. When you buy from a seller on OnlyWorkLife — an item, a tip or a subscription to that seller — you pay the seller directly through Stripe or PayPal. The seller is the merchant of record for that payment; OnlyWorkLife takes a 2.75% platform fee.

The Professional membership ($4.97/month) is sold by Ascend Leads, LLC.

• To ask for a refund, sign in on the OnlyWorkLife platform you bought from and open Request a refund (/refund-request). Pick the purchase and the reason. Any completed purchase that has not already been refunded can be chosen.
• Requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days. The same page shows each request and its status.
• An approved refund of a card payment is returned to your card through Stripe, from the seller's account.
• Bookings and appointments are handled directly between the professional and the client, under their agreement.
• An order paid off the platform — by Zelle, Venmo, cash or another direct method — never passed through OnlyWorkLife, so it can only be refunded by the seller.

• Monthly subscriptions: a prorated refund is available within 7 days of billing. To ask for one, email support@onlyworklife.com.
• You can cancel the Professional membership at any time. Access runs to the end of the month already paid, and cancelling before the first charge costs nothing.
• Each OnlyWorkLife platform is a separate membership: cancelling on one does not affect any other.
